省委、省政府(fu)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)實施(shi)新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)以來,學院積(ji)極(ji)響應、主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)對標,根據鄧廳長來校調研時的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作要求,深入調研、先(xian)行(xing)先(xian)干,迅速掀起投入服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)熱潮。學院把(ba)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)做為2018年工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)主題,成立(li)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)行(xing)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)領導小組,印發《關于認真學習貫(guan)徹山東(dong)省全(quan)面展(zhan)開新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)員大(da)(da)(da)(da)會(hui)精神的(de)(de)通知》,組織黨委理論(lun)學習中心組(擴大(da)(da)(da)(da))專(zhuan)題研究學習,開展(zhan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)(da)討論(lun),制定(ding)《學院服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)實施(shi)方(fang)案(an)》。學院充分發揮軌(gui)道交通辦學優(you)勢,結(jie)合正在開展(zhan)的(de)(de)優(you)質校建(jian)設,著力在專(zhuan)業對接(jie)產(chan)業、培(pei)養“齊魯工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)”、提升社會(hui)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)能(neng)(neng)力方(fang)面下功夫、做文章,積(ji)極(ji)為我省新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換提供(gong)智力與人才支撐。
下一步,學院一是要堅持固本強優,發揮軌道交通辦學特色,對接高端裝備、新一代信息技術等產業,重點優化升級鐵道機車車輛、鐵路線路運營、城市軌道交通、軌道交通裝備制造等4個專業群,申報城市軌道交通供電技術等新專業,加大高速動車組檢修技術等新上專業建設力度,打造符合新舊動能轉換需求、服務軌道交通發展的一流專業群。二是要加強校企合作,擴大學生整專業成建制頂崗實習和畢業生批量就業規模,啟動組建股份制(混合所有制)軌道交通學院,深化現代學徒制人才培養模式改革,注重學生工匠精神塑造,培養一批服務新舊動能轉換的“齊魯工匠”。三是要推進產教融合,搭建高水平科研和技術服務平臺。建設3個科研專家工作室、3個技能大師工作室、5個工程技術研發中心(協同創新中心),提高科研和協同創新能力。豐富學院培訓基地功能,提升服務新舊動能轉換的社會服務能力。推動城軌地鐵實訓真車技術、軟件技術、智能制造、生物制藥等技術領域的成果轉化,服務產業轉型升級。配合高鐵“走出去”戰略,啟動校企合作共建“海外學堂”項目。擴大培訓鐵路企業海外員工、外派員工培養規模,提升學生國際視野,推動學生海外就業。
