為深入(ru)學習貫徹落(luo)實(shi)(shi)黨的十九大精神,根據學院黨委要求(qiu),鐵道(dao)供電與電氣工程(cheng)系持續推動“大學習、大調研、大改進”,4月(yue)到6月(yue)期(qi)間,組織教師分別赴青(qing)島(dao)鴻(hong)普(pu)電氣科(ke)技有限公(gong)司、青(qing)島(dao)地鐵有限公(gong)司、青(qing)島(dao)鼎佳電子(zi)有限公(gong)司、積成(cheng)電子(zi)有限公(gong)司進行調研,深入(ru)了解企業人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養需求(qiu)及學生就(jiu)業與頂崗實(shi)(shi)習情況。
在(zai)(zai)青島鴻(hong)普電(dian)氣科(ke)技(ji)有(you)限公司(si),系副(fu)主任(ren)(ren)張偉、電(dian)氣自動(dong)化技(ji)術(shu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)室(shi)主任(ren)(ren)劉(liu)勇與(yu)(yu)該(gai)公司(si)簽(qian)訂校企(qi)合作(zuo)(zuo)協(xie)議和(he)校外實習(xi)基地協(xie)議,并與(yu)(yu)往屆畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)進行(xing)(xing)深入交流(liu),了解(jie)學生(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)學院(yuan)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)、人才培養方案(an)及(ji)(ji)學生(sheng)(sheng)管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)等方面(mian)建議。在(zai)(zai)青島地鐵有(you)限公司(si),鐵道供(gong)電(dian)技(ji)術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)崔景萍通(tong)過與(yu)(yu)學生(sheng)(sheng)、培訓科(ke)人員座談(tan),走(zou)訪車(che)輛段等方式,了解(jie)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)實習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)適應工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)過程(cheng)情況,掌握本專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)、實訓實習(xi)等方面(mian)優(you)點及(ji)(ji)不足。在(zai)(zai)青島鼎佳(jia)電(dian)子有(you)限公司(si),電(dian)氣自動(dong)化技(ji)術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)鮑(bao)建、劉(liu)凌通(tong)過實地參觀、調研(yan),了解(jie)學生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)情況、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)電(dian)氣自動(dong)化技(ji)術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才的要求以及(ji)(ji)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)高(gao)職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育自動(dong)化技(ji)術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的意見和(he)建議。在(zai)(zai)積成電(dian)子有(you)限公司(si),系就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)辦主任(ren)(ren)曾(ceng)慶磊、電(dian)子信息技(ji)術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)江(jiang)軍(jun)對(dui)學生(sheng)(sheng)頂(ding)崗實習(xi)情況和(he)學生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)完成畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)設(she)計情況進行(xing)(xing)調研(yan),全面(mian)掌握企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才培養情況和(he)學生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)及(ji)(ji)頂(ding)崗實習(xi)情況。
帶著(zhu)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)學(xue)習(xi),針對問(wen)題(ti)(ti)調研(yan),聚集問(wen)題(ti)(ti)整改(gai)(gai),是“大(da)學(xue)習(xi)、大(da)調研(yan)、大(da)改(gai)(gai)進(jin)”的(de)核心要義。鐵道供(gong)電(dian)(dian)與電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)系(xi)(xi)在組織教(jiao)師赴企業調研(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),始終堅(jian)(jian)(jian)持(chi)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)導向原則(ze),堅(jian)(jian)(jian)持(chi)求(qiu)真務實(shi),深入(ru)基層(ceng)面(mian)對面(mian)聽取企業員工(gong)(gong)、畢(bi)業學(xue)生意(yi)見建議,深入(ru)了解企業及學(xue)生的(de)教(jiao)育需求(qiu),堅(jian)(jian)(jian)決杜絕(jue)漫無(wu)目(mu)的(de)、走(zou)馬(ma)觀花、浮(fu)光掠影式調研(yan),防(fang)止搞形式、走(zou)過(guo)場。對調研(yan)中(zhong)發(fa)現的(de)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),該(gai)(gai)系(xi)(xi)召開(kai)教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會(hui)議,直面(mian)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),全面(mian)探(tan)討,明(ming)確(que)改(gai)(gai)進(jin)路徑和解決方法。下一步(bu),該(gai)(gai)系(xi)(xi)將進(jin)一步(bu)加強領(ling)導,健全機制(zhi),強化督導,深入(ru)推(tui)進(jin)“大(da)學(xue)習(xi)、大(da)調研(yan)、大(da)改(gai)(gai)進(jin)”,確(que)保(bao)把各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實(shi)落(luo)細,完(wan)善修訂人(ren)才培養(yang)方案,全面(mian)提升教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)質量,為培養(yang)優質人(ren)才、助力(li)新舊動能(neng)轉換重大(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、書寫(xie)“奮進(jin)之(zhi)筆”貢獻積極(ji)力(li)量。
